Meditation and Relaxation Class

Learn how to relax, improve your focus and reduce your stress with a series of weekly classes on Meditation and Relaxation at the Student Recreation Center.
The weekly classes are held Wednesdays from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center Room C from 10/7 to 12/2. The classes are open to all students, staff and faculty. You do NOT need to be a member of the SRC to attend the classes.
