Weigh Well Program


Weigh Well

8-week program focused on healthy weight, nutrition, and physical activity. Each week, participants meet for an hour with a health educator/registered dietician.  Optional 1:1 nutrition consultations and fitness assessments are available. Participants set Wellness goals, track progress, receive weekly tips and materials, and earn rewards for their accomplishments.
