Wellness Ambassadors serve as UCR's key communicators of the wellness program helping to direct employees to wellness programs, activities and resources.

Guide to Wellness

The UCR Faculty/Staff Wellness Program supports your efforts to live a healthy lifestyle and provides tools, resources, and programs to help you every step of your wellness journey. As a UCR employee, there are many ways to live healthy and be well. This guide includes tips, campus resources, and local resources available to you.


Through consultations and and training, the ergonomics program works with departments to provide ergonomic workstations and promote safe and healthy work habits.  

Work/Life Programs

The  Work/Life program is committed to developing dynamic, problem-solving strategies, which assist staff and faculty to successfully balance their personal and professional lives.
