The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is designed to offer confidential counseling, referral and other needed services to staff, faculty, and their family members with personal concerns.

Stress Free UCR

Across the UC campuses, scientists are working towards a future where stress no longer damages our bodies and minds. By partnering mindfulness with technology, this study aims to build a happier, less-stressed future for staff and faculty across the UC campuses.

Researchers from the UCR Department of Psychology and Healthy Campus would like to invite UCR non-student staff to participate in an 8-week study on stress management using the free Headspace app.
