Each presentation comes with an Activity and Goal Setting Worksheet to help you get started on the path towards a healthier lifestyle. After completing each presentation and goal setting worksheet, make an appointment with the UCR Wellness Program Coordinator, Julie Chobdee, MPH for more information on the topic, direction to other programs and resources, and motivation!
