The UCR Wellness Program for Faculty and Staff is making it easy for you to be well at the convenience of your own desk or home. View videos of campus wellness sessions on:
Healthy Eating and Exercise on a Budget –hour lecture
Resistance Training exercise workout – 45 minute session.
You can follow along with your own set of dumbbells, exercise tubings, bands or no weights at all or print out a copy of the routine.
StairWell Workouts - short video clips on exercises you can do on the stairs.
